Again, reading out of order – so it was interesting to see the beginnings of Jim Chee, having already read most of the others. Young, idealized, and not sure of what he wants, I think what I liked most about this book was seeing the start of his character arc. The mystery itself was well-thought out, filled with the kind of quirky characters and twists that I like so much.
